Research Space
The expansion and renovation of research laboratory space during the past five years resulted in the addition of 4,000 square feet of laboratories in Postle Hall, the College of Dentistry building. The total research space on the third and fourth floors of the building now totals approximately 25,000 square feet.
In addition, College of Dentistry faculty members have established laboratory and office space in the newly renovated Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research, providing an additional 4,000 square feet of research space.
Our dental clinics offer more than 1,100 feet of designated space, with six fully equipped dental operatories that are available to clinical researchers for pilot projects, investigator-initiated clinical research and clinical trials.
